      No, I am not pulling a stroke. I am trying to work out the English equivalent to this flour to make out what it is. Any ideas? Tried translate but of no help. It makes nice burger buns none the less.

        MAKA TORTOWA PSZENNA  Translates from the Polish to Wheat Cake. TYP 450 is a cake flour.

          Cheers it as a picture of a cake on it. So going by that I need typ 750.
