      This currently legal, but definitely anti-social, traffic jam hack is very easy to do. Therefore I suggest that  you need to be aware of its existance if travelling in any University town/city.

          True, but if I can see it then I’m positive that most script kiddies have already seen it, and the ‘hack’ is so simple it is international in nature.
