      Windows 10 has recently started asking for password every time I start the pc. I have checked settings and the box is unchecked regarding asking for password etc. Also, digressing a bit, Razer Synapse also keeps asking for password every time I boot the pc as well. Cant see any settings on Synapse to sort this – Razer forum mentions some users having same issue, but an update fixed it – for some, but not all(including me!). Can anyone help? Thanks.

        One of the updates forces that. To change it back look in:

        Accounts->Sign-in Options

        PLUS

        Window Settings->Lock Screen->Advanced Settings

        While you are at it check your Privacy Settings, I found that one of the Windows updates illegally changes all the privacy settings to give M$ free rein of your data and lets loose nasty Cordana!

          I forgot, you need to sign in with an Admin Account to change the Sign-In security setting.
