I have finished the edX/Microsoft introduction to C++ course ( Got 100% naturally ?) and have signed up for the intermediate course that begins in October but I could do with a programming  book that lists the common C++ commands and functions in hard copy as a reference. Anyone got any recommendations?

I am still going to print off some of the info and put it in a binder because I can loose my train of thought if im forced to switch away from the app im working with ( Visual Studio). Maybe im not multi threaded ?
