The new series by Matt Groening, him of The Simpsons and Futurama, is now on Netflix.

Just watched the first one and so far it’s mildly amusing, good in places but also a bit weak in others. Lots of nods to The Simpsons and Futurama which I think are right.

If you are a Simpsons or Futurama fan it’s worth a watch, hopefully they will get better.

Watched the entire season (well, 10 episodes) over the weekend and quite enjoyed it. Look forward to the next ones.

Watched them all now and I’m glad to say it got much better quickly.

          Next lot is anticipated.

A friend essentially just summed up this thread a couple of days ago.  He said “Have you seen Disenchanted?  The first one is a bit weak but it’s really good after that”

Started watching season 4 of half and catch fire on prime yesterday after I finished the city doc.

City doc is great, but most here won’t enjoy it. But halt and catch fire is brilliant. I won’t spot it, but it’s about making harwars and software though out the 60s to the 80s I think ere at. Only 2 Eps In, but I defo seen a snes. It’s very good, I’d imagine a few of you older guys may like it, as it echos some of your jobs, and hobbies, and puts a spotlight on them times. So it will have the nostalgia effect too.

              Need prime though.
