      Mate of mine wants to use them for a RAID in a very small case, but is concerned that they might get hot ?

      I’ve never used M2s, but I presume the heat (if any) would be equivalent to that coming off 4 sticks of RAM ?

        Less heat than that I’d think. The latest motherboard I used has one sat under the main graphics slot and it’s designed for uber gaming.

          Thanks Dave – that is good news for him, almost as good as the price he has just paid for this bay £11.34 (delivered) !

          They are about £40 normally.
