I have a lump of Play Store credit to use up soonish (£16), about 3 months. I’d like to get some new music but I’m stumped.

I Have stuff from Deep Purple, Johnny Cash, ACDC, Led Zep,Creedence Clearwater Revival, a few songs from Iron Maiden, Queen, some Rolling Stones and Bowie but they aren’t on my usual playlist. Planning to get some of The Monkeys.

Any ideas anyone?

? I am some what keen on Jimmy Nail, could listen to him all day. Probably not everybodys cup of tea but if you want something smooth and relaxing he his worth a shot.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions so far.

Joe Walsh, I knew I recognized the name, he did the theme to one of my favourite films, The Warriors. (In The City).

I’ll have to look for more of his stuff. Ditto The Radiators From Space. Thanks.

Kris Kristofferson also needs further investigation.

Cheltenham Town Hall in the 60s = Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra. One of the perks of being a choirboy as we got to miss a few lessons.
