      Since I’ve updated to Windows 10 I’ve been having a problem on all my systems where the Antimalware Service Executable randomly takes up a huge chunk of my CPU. It’s not updating or scanning, but even on my i5 it’s taking up over 30%. On my laptop’s Celeron, it’s going up to 95%+, which makes the laptop unusable. The process can’t be killed either, so I’m stuck just waiting for it to finish.

      Any ideas what it’s doing, and how to get it under control?
