      Who’s team are you?

      Real Madrid vs. Liverpool FC

I think Los Blancos will go for a back to back win this year, but it won’t be an easy match as the Reds step up their game.

This is a British site, so I believe that even supporters independent from Liverpool, will hope for a Liverpool win, as do I. Unless they are of the tribe that visits Old Trafford, that is…

Waiting for a reply from The Duke….

Real Madrid? Do you mean that club that plays in a two team league, that has somehow managed to come 3rd?

            you took yer time ?

Be happy for your lot to win. The whole idea of wanting “English Teams” to win is a bit obsolete now since they are mainly international businesses, based in England with few (or not any) English players. However – you lot still have a few English and British players, and I’ve no axe to grind with you lot (apart from the offside goal in the 1981 league cup final and the equaliser in the 2006 FA cup final) I hope your boys do it.  I’m not one to linger on the past ?

I especially don’t care for C.Ronaldo so that would be a bonus.

Europa League Final on BT Sport YouTube channel NOW, in all resolutions up to 4K! I’m watching it in HD 1080P, perfect picture. It’s halftime and Atletico are leading 1-0.

A bit embarrassing for Marseilles in the end, beaten 3-0 by a clearly superior team. Any critics who talk about the “English long ball game” should take note of the number of long, accurate passes from deep in the Atletico half. They mix it up with short, accurate passes and always seemed to be one pass ahead, always know where each player is, or is going to be. I thought Costa was the destroyer, breaking up moves and bulling his way through, linking well with Griezman, who is such a special player. Sometimes Costa had 3 players trying to fence him in. Another treat for me as a one-time right back, was watching the Atletico RB dribble his way out of his own corner flag and away from 3 Marseilles attackers.

                A good, if one-sided game.

Take note that the European Champions league Final will also be on BT’s YouTube channel, live in all formats up to and including 4K. Thank you, BT & YT, I can watch Liverpool at home in HD 1080P on my lovely HP HD monitor!

Not unexpected, but a nice one Steve. Very quotable! ???
