I get Transport for London newsletters for every weekend, usually Thursdays. If anyone here needs the site, here is the latest Newsletter:

If any Forumites would like this posted regularly, let me know. If there is not enough interest, I won’t post it.

Cheers Bob – safe to say the Shenfield to Liverpool Street line will be down (as it is most weekends).

I couldn’t open your link (it wanted a login to Outlook), but the updates are on their (TFL) website in any case

No worries BL, probably because it was from my Inbox. I won’t post it again, but from your link anyone can get the TfL site. I advise anyone who uses London Transport of any description, to take the newsletter: it also gives information about marches, events and protests. If we are going to my mate’s in High Barnet, I always check it, because I like to travel the Tube down to Central London during our stay.

Well said Bob – worth swerving Stratford Saturday 12pm -3pm as there is a big demo against our (WHU) owners. Could very wel be in the vicinity myself !

There’s a lot of good apps for getting round London now as well (National Rail, UK Buses, Tube Live or if you want an all-in one then CityMapper). I prefer the three standalone aapps. I don’t think there is a DLR app bu tiy can get the info via a browser here. (change station to suit).
