        Yes, i saw that. who would have thought a phone home feature would brick the kit. LOL. ?

          Yes, a massive oversight!  But the $15 store credit they gave everyone has very much restored good will.  Admission of guilt and a fix and compensation to about 250,000 owners, all within 24 hours.  That is good customer  service.
