Laptop recommendation?

      A coworker wants a laptop and asked me for advice. She wants it mostly for social media and shopping when she’s in bed on on her sofa. Not too big, about 14″ screen and thin. DVD/BlueRay drive not a must but a bonus. And she wants to spend not much more than £300.

      Any recommendations?

            Thanks Dave, looks like some good deals there. Can’t believe they are still selling them with hard drives. I thought they were obsolete by now. Will have to look if there are any with SSDs and what are the prices. But first have to try fix my toilet which I just broke and flooded the bathroom ?

              Don’t know if you changed the post or I just didn’t see it but that Acer looks exactly like what she needs. Wrote the details on a piece of paper and will pass it on to her tomorrow 🙂
