      Some thing funny just happened.

      So I have to ask the question. Does windows 10 still perform clean boots?

      I never use sleep or hibernate. Clean boot only, but windows remembered what I was trying to do with i.e .

        Not always.

        If you shut down the Win 10 holds some information on the hard drive and uses it to boot up.

        If you want a clean boot you need to shut down using “Restart”. Seems back to front to me but that’s how it works.
