      Hi guys, today I returned from my Urology consultant appointment with huge relief. I will always have an enlarged Prostate, but there are no other problems. I just have to have regular tests and samples at my surgery.

      By coincidence, just before I left for that appointment, I received a letter to attend another regarding the lesion on my pancreas. I am to have a biopsy on that problem after an Outpatient consultation. So far I have been seen by 5 different consultants for the 2 problems, in 3 different hospitals. The latest appointment is at a new hospital (to me that is) in Beverly, about 55 miles away. I must get some car stickers….? I have just worked out that I have been treated or operated upon in 9 different hospitals during my lifetime. I bin everywhere, man, I bin everywhere.

            Bob, I share the thoughts of others, hang in there and keep trucking. We all hope the news will continue to be better. It is a shame you cannot get frequent flyer points from medical services when they send you all over the place. Do you know anything about Beverly? How easy it is to get there, parking arrangements, etc.

                Thanks guys, good motivation from you all.

                Dwynne, I love this:     “I’m in every bin man!”    What my missus calls ‘BobBits’ are all over the place. Bits of skull & brain in a German hospital bin somewhere.
